Most orders are made fresh, please allow 1 business day to have your order made. Then your order is packed and ordered for collection. Dispatch is daily.

Want to collect your order?

COLLECTION option is now available at checkout from our shop in Bethania, QLD.  (Mon-Fri 9am-1pm and most Saturdays 9am-1pm ex public holidays). Some Saturdays, we will be at a local market and collection can be made at the markets.

Free Shipping over $90

FREE Shipping (standard road freight) for Australian delivery orders over $90.00.  Under $90.00 flat rate $13.95 standard road freight.

For urgent orders express option is available at checkout and is the quickest delivery method.

Want to organize your own courier? 

We are happy for you to organize your own preferred courier company to collect from us for urgent orders.  Contact us prior by phone, live chat or email so we can advised carton sizes/weights etc. and email us copies of consignment notes / labels required for the cartons.  Use collection option at checkout.

It is so important that you fill in as much information on the delivery address as required. For business deliveries, please include business name, any floor or level numbers to ensure parcel can be delivered efficiently.

Standard road freight


Standard road freight - we will use either Australia Post or road courier (depending on your location and availability) and will email you the tracking number for the relevant freight company at time of dispatch.  Allow approximately 7-10 business days (WA, NT and regional areas may take longer).

Delivery times indicated at checkout are estimated times only, and are not guaranteed.  Please ensure you order your goods in plenty of time for your event to avoid any disappointment.
